Muscle Sculpt Collection
Muscle conditioning sessions focused on training the entire upper and/or lower body utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, BOSU Trainers or other training tools. This session will sculpt, tone and develop muscle definition to give you the body you want. Important to complete at least 2 Muscle Sculpt classes per week.
