My experience so far.
Issues on Roku
(1) The videos have a skip to them every 30 seconds. Didn't happen before the new platform
(2) Forced to activate each day (so far)
(3) Not email help address on the web site that I could find to open a problem ticket.
Hi, I renewed my subscription with the new format. I activated the NetFit channel on my Roku player, but when I try to watch, it goes into my account for about 10 seconds, and then it kicks me back to the main Roku screen. Help please!
This is working great! I love the easier access to the program videos!
One question I have is whether I can still download/ print the workout schedules? I can't seem to find where to do that on the new website. Sometimes when I "play" the schedule, it is too blurry to read- whether on the Roku or on the computer.
I am LOVING the My List feature! I take time at the beginning of a new workout routine week to put the specific workouts on My list, and it makes it so much easier to get going first thing in the morning!
I bet that does get frustrating. Please tell me what device your using and if it is a hard-wired or wifi connection and I'll have the team look into it tomorrow. In the meantime, please power your device off/on and try again just to see.
