I'm a bit confused about the Body Transformation 90 day program. Day 2 asks you to do BT Boot Camp. I can't find a program specifically called that, but there are a number of 'boot camp' options. Which one should I do?
I recommend you start with Body Transformation and you beginner modification. Go at your own pace and skip any exercises that make you feel uncomfortable. Enjoy!! Please consult with your doctor before starting though on limitations with exercise.
