This program is special for many reasons! This was the first program in our personal training studio where we transform people’s lives on a daily basis and second the variety of workouts are great to Max Out your body to new levels to see what you are really made of! This program is great for someone who needs a jumpstart and also for someone who is fit wanting to reach a new level! The workouts include Body Sculpt Full Body, Pilates, HIIT, and Dance! If you are not a dancer you can always substitute with a cardio workout or one of the other workouts. 12 great workouts await you! Are you up to the challenge to max out?
